So, I was successful. I ended up capturing several territories in Italy, and some vassals scattered throughout the Holy Roman Empire. But then, soon after, Austria, the Holy Roman Empire, declared war on Venice! Suddenly, I was at war on all sides, with France, and England being on the other side. This was not a good situation. But, I made the best of it. I sent my armies, to a territory of Venice’s that Austria claimed. There, we defeated one Austrian army, as it tried to capture said territory. But meanwhile, in the north, in a kingdom called Bohemia, Austria and Hungary were making short work of my Bohemian ally. I did what I could, defeating another Austrian army, which was alone sieging in Bavaria.
But in the end, Bohemia struck a peace deal with Austria. They released some of there territories, for peace. Here is what the current map looks like:
SO, we kept Austria from achieving its goal. But the loser, ended up being Bohemia. It looks like another war is brewing, too.
Anyways, I just wanted to give an update on my game. My goal is to farm Germany, and I am not doing so bad on that one. I got Messein as one of my vassals already. It says I can already annex it too, which would eventually give me cores on Germany. (Cores are territories that can form your country, for example). This is Europa Universalis III btw. This is my favorite game currently.
So, after this, I had to put down some revolts. It was not to bad though.
Anyways, its now 3:15 AM, and I just finished eating a sausage croissant. If you were wondering what I spend my time doing, as I am unemployed, this is what I usually do, is play EU III. It keeps me busy, and somewhat sharp on historic events. I saw both Mom and Dad, it was great. I often talk about my game, with my parents. My Mom studied history, and my Dad loves history, so I think they will both be interested in the developments in my game, because except for World of Warcraft, I typically like historical games.
