So, today I went to a job fair. The Recruit Military Job fair, was in town, and at the AT&T Stadium. I ended up being late, as it was from 11 AM to 3 PM. There was plenty of parking. At first I went to the wrong gate, and the security guard had to direct me to Gate 10. It took me a minute to find it, but indeed I did find it. This picture I took was from the other entrance, so the back side of the building.
The Job fair had a number of high profile recruiters. Including Love’s, Sea Lift Command, Boeing, and the DEA! I stopped at those tables especially. What they had us do, was scan a QR code at each table. The rest of the stadium was closed, but I got a good look around, I felt like. Of course, it was nostalgic visiting the Boeing table, because my Dad had worked for Boeing. So, it would be interesting to follow in his foot steps a bit, and work at Boeing. Lockheed was no where to be seen.
Anyways, after that I came home and took a nap. That is, after I watched an episode of the Rifleman with my Dad. Something my Dad pointed out, is this was one of the few episodes where the Rifleman, needed help. Usually, it was the Rifleman helping someone else. Chuck Connor did a great job, either way.
Then, later my Dad and me met at Spring Creek BBQ.

Once in a while, Spring Creek sends out these coupons that allow you to buy two meals, essentially, and I had gotten one. So, we shared that and it was so delicious! I also had to apologize to my Dad, for some things I said. So, anyways now I just finished listening to Dr. David Jeremiah. I was discussing King Solomon. Both his wisdom, and his mistakes.
I have been praying through my e-booklet from KCBI. Sometimes, when I get to a name, and I think the prayer doesn’t line up with who its for, I go ahead and pray it. But at night, I just let GOD know, that on top of the blessing that I prayed for “So-and-so” that He would give them also the blessing of the knowledge of His Son, JESUS, and the forgiveness of sins! I know that we can pray like that, because Job would pray for his children, when they would party hardy. Hallelujah!!!
