Breakfast At Chick-Fil-A

I finally got my apartment, in some order. It is so cozy, now that I have MOST of what I ordered up and running. The Futon is still in the box though. I would set it up, but I don’t want to break something. I think I will set it up Saturday, because Friday I have a job fair to go too. I am so excited about that.

Right now, I am in my living room listening to Robert Jeffress. He is speaking about the wisdom of Solomon. How if we apply it, we will be able to follow JESUS.

Anyways, I promised some pictures of my apartment. So, here they are.

First of all, is my kitchen. It came with a microwave! I was about to buy one, but decided not too. Glad I did! The microwave that came with the apartment, is far more efficient than anything I would have bought. I already have utilized the microwave a couple of times. The kitchen has been modernized since I last lived in the apartments. There is a dishwasher too, and I now have my coffee pot set up.

This was the first load that my Dad helped me to haul to the apartment, in his truck. We ended up hauling all the furniture to the apartment in the truck, although I had actually setup to have a moving company help. But ended up not needing there help! Saved me $510 bucks! Thanks Dad.

I slept on this for nearly a week. But now, its upright. It was an adventure to actually sleep on it, because I never envisioned needing it. But its a love seat, actually, that folds out into a twin bed. I imagine it was a set at one time. It was so heavy too. I won’t be moving this, ever again!

Here, you can see my populated book case, and the bathroom. The shower is kind of in an odd spot, but I think it looks nice. Needs the hot water on though. Gotta have that hot water!

Now, my latest acquisition is not just an apartment. But also a mattress. So, I ordered a mattress frame from Walmart and had an assembly team come out and put it together. It ended up being, Rashaad Dyson, Furniture Assembly Expert, who put the frame together. Here is what it looked like pre-mattress.
